The art of repair and transformation

Based on Kintsugi, the Japanese art of putting broken pieces back together with gold, I wanted to show that it is possible to patch and embrace the flaws and imperfections caused by traumas both physical and emotional. Kintsugi shows that even damaged things can have a new life.
